I just love the smell of freshly printed paper in the morning, don’t you?
Today, I’ve been preparing copies of Stones to hand off to my lovely beta readers. I just have two, but I think they are both highly qualified for the job and I trust their opinions.
While I was perusing the pretty white pages I found an error on page 3. Oy. Page 3. Already. I had left an “s” off the end of a word that was supposed to be plural. And this only highlights the importance of letting others read your work! PSA of the day.
While my baby manuscript is out being read and critiqued, I’ll be working on my query letter and synopsis for my submission package. I’ve already been researching some agents. This is so exciting!

I like the idea of the questionnaire. My book is going through a third edit before journeying off to my beta readers. I might have to investigate including a few questions. Thanks for the tip.

My hope is that the questionnaire keeps me from getting generic feedback like, “It was good” or “It was bad”. Which really does nothing to help me!

I wish you the best of luck! You’re a fantastic writer with a unique view point
Go show them how it’s done!
